1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@zoutik.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank — processing times vary
